AEHOSE special anti-static compound delivery hose is used for the safe and reliable transportation of various petroleum and chemical liquids, such as oil, chemicals and corrosive chemicals. Performance characteristics:
1. Light weight. 40% lighter than same specification rubber hose, 30% lighter than metal hose. Greatly reduces the operator's labor intensity, the operation is convenient, effectively enhances the work efficiency.
2. Shock resistance, negative pressure, good performance. Maximum working pressure up to 17MPa. Negative pressure up to 0.1MPa.
3. Good temperature resistance. The working environment temperature is -30℃~115℃, there will be no tube body hardening or hose phenomenon due to climate or use temperature change.
4. Has good oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Because of its good corrosion resistance, safety, flexibility, and because of its light, easy to move and easy to install and many other advantages, it has been widely used to transport crude oil, fuel oil, food oil and chemical solvents and liquefied petroleum gas.
5. Has good electrostatic export function. When conveying oil flammable medium, due to pressure, flow rate, friction and other factors, will produce a certain amount of static electricity, if not timely out, the consequences will be unthinkable. AEHOSE composite hose is connected by inner and outer double layer steel wire support, excellent electrical conductivity, safe and reliable in use.
6. Hydraulic shrinkage once molding seal, good sealing. AEHOSE the connecting part of the pipe body and flange of the composite hose, the traditional method is changed, and the joint is formed at one time by using large hydraulic equipment. Compared with the similar products, the sealing is good, the appearance is beautiful, and it is more durable, the joint will not fall off because of the sudden increase of pressure.
